In this introductory print workshop, participants will enjoy a cozy, winter afternoon learning how to carve linoleum blocks from start-to-finish and can choose from creating hand-made holiday cards or simply beautiful linocut prints for any season!

Participants will come with an idea or sketch, then learn how to properly prepare and transfer their sketch to the linoleum block, carve and sharpen tools, and print with and without a press. Although standard paper will be provided, participants are encouraged to bring extra (optional!) materials such as small fabrics, shirts, found materials, and other types of paper to experiment!
